Generally, Grabanzos ship 1 business day after orders are received. Most orders will ship via USPS, though some packages may ship via UPS or FedEx based on destination location, size, and weight.
Warm Weather Shipping
Being in upstate New York, we cherish and value the warmer months of the year! Unfortunately, chocolate doesn’t like warm weather as much as we do. When outdoor temperatures reach 80°F/27°C or hotter, chocolate can soften and melt, and this process can impact the appearance and texture of our product.
To mitigate the influence of summer weather on our product, between May 15th and September 15th (and possibly other times of the year, based on current weather), we will only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed later in the week will be shipped the following Monday. In particularly warm weather, we will include insulating materials and cold packs with orders. Cold packs are reusable and nontoxic- we encourage you to keep and freeze them for your personal use!
Certain pack sizes may experience changes in shipping costs as the economics of shipping in warm weather can change. Reach out at email@example.com if you have any questions.
First of all, thank you for trying Grabanzos and we are sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your order. If you have a problem with your order, you can return it within 10 days. We unfortunately are unable to accept Grabanzos that are beyond their "Best By" date. If your order has melted in transit, please take a photo and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or text the photo to 562-508-3892 and we will speedily coordinate a replacement shipment or refund.
Step 1: Email email@example.com your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and any feedback or reason as to why you were not satisfied with your Grabanzos.
Step 2: We will process the return order as soon as we receive it. It can take up to 5 business days for you to see the refund issued to your original payment method.
